Want to insure your device? We’ve got you covered with the paperwork.

When you purchase a device from iTech, you can insure it with your insurance company of choice using your proof of payment and/or an invoice from us.

What you’ll need for insurance

Most insurers request one or more of the following:

  • Proof of payment (e.g., EFT confirmation, bank statement, payment receipt)

  • Invoice (requested from us after purchase)

How it works

  1. Purchase your device from iTech

  2. Keep your proof of payment

  3. If your insurer requires an invoice, request one from us

  4. Submit your documents to your insurance company to activate cover

Request an invoice from iTech

To request an invoice, please contact us and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (if available)

  • Date of purchase

  • The device name/model

  • Your proof of payment (screenshot or PDF)

  • iTech provides proof of purchase documentation (invoice/proof of payment) but does not provide insurance cover directly.

Do you provide insurance?
No — you insure the device through your preferred insurance company. We provide the invoice/proof of purchase documents.

Can I insure without an invoice?
Some insurers accept proof of payment, but others require an invoice. If you’re unsure, ask your insurer, then request an invoice from us if needed.

How long does it take to get an invoice?
As soon as we verify the purchase details and proof of payment, we’ll issue the invoice.
